The Brief

Revesby Country Fair is one of Lincolnshire’s oldest country shows, attracting  thousands of visitors every year. We were tasked with promoting the show to traders and the public, generating excitement and driving sales of trade stands and tickets.

Our Approach

We ran a four-month integrated strategy which covered PR, social media, website and PPC.

This included:

  • Press releases, What’s On pitching, media interviews & paid print advertising
  • Copywriting and development of x2 visitor programmes
  • Social media management across Facebook, Instagram and X
  • Paid social advertising on Facebook and Instagram
  • Website updates and email marketing
  • Managing trade stand bookings

We project managed the visitor programmes, including copywriting, sourcing advertisement endorsements and liaising with graphic designers.

In addition, our team handled the show’s social media – both organic and paid – and email marketing activity, raising awareness among the general public and helping the show to sell a record-number of trade stands and ticket sales. 

We also managed website updates and improvements, local paid print advertising campaigns and ran a series of competitions with the local media. 

From a PR perspective, we issued What’s On copy and two press releases in the lead up to the show to promote headline acts and attractions, securing a number of media interviews and 42 pieces of coverage across print, online and broadcast.
