Raising awareness of future-ready further education SERVICES PR, Social Media Website traffic up 291% over the previous period Search impressions up 220% 21 social media videos produced Lincolnshire Institute of Technology (LIoT), is a partnership between a group of educational institutions and employers across the county. LIoT was established in 2019, with the purpose of providing a range of STEM-related qualifications, experiences and resources to the people of Lincolnshire. We have been working with LIoT since September 2023, when we were brought on board to help with their PR and marketing efforts to encourage more individuals into the world of STEM – science, technology, engineering and maths. Our goal is to help raise awareness for what LIoT is, what it does and to share more about the partners and employers it works with. With the recent introduction of the new Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), we’ve also been on hand to promote these and the benefits they offer. Our team has worked to produce press releases while establishing and managing the social media profiles for LIoT and also producing content for its partners. We work with the partner institutions of LIoT to help with their marketing strategies, providing advice and guidance, as well as twice weekly social media content for their own channels. These include a series of engaging videos showcasing students explaining their courses and their aspirations in their own words, adapted for each platform. LIoT partners include Lincoln College, University of Lincoln, Lincoln UTC, Boston College, University Centre Grimsby, Riseholme College, Grantham College and University Centre, North Lindsey College, University Campus North Lincolnshire and the University of Lincoln National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM).
